Shipping info
Please note:
The gallery is closed from 21st of December - 7th of January 2025, and orders made in this period will be shipped from 8th of January.
Orders are dispatched by using PostNord for domestic orders and FedEx for international EU orders.
Shipping price is calculated at checkout.
All packages are insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched.
All works are shipped unframed.
Shipping times are between 7-14 business days. Delays can occur.
FRAMES
Framed works are only available for pickup at the gallery location. If you wish for a work to be framed choose pickup in store at checkout, and send an email to info@alicefolker.dk. The email must include your order number and a description of which work you wish to be framed.
RETURNS
The customer may cancel and return their purchase up to 14 days after receiving the item(s). The product(s) must be returned unused and preferably, in its original packaging. Please contact info@alicefolker.dk to receive a return label.
VAT, CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX
When you choose your country at the checkout page, the system will automatically add VAT depending on your destination and whether you are a private person or a registered company.
Customers outside the EU may be required to pay local taxes or duties upon delivery, for which Alice Folker Gallery are not responsible.
